White cotton pique dress from Max & Co
After all the colour pops of autumn and pattern clashes, I’m quite happy to slip into a calming, minimalstic white dress. For summer 2013, most designers opted for innocent whites: Romantic in broderie and lace as seen at Stella McCartney and Valentino or structured and sporty as seen at Chloe. A LWD Little White dress is a summer staple.
I like white teamed with simplicity: Above I am wearing a white dress made from waffle Piqué for a structured shape and white piping paired with a black grosgrain belt. White is like a canvas so you can play with colourful belts, blazers and shoes or stay in the white colour family for a cool white on white style.
