As much as I love my statement winter coats, I’m glad I have my classic black coat to fall back on, especially when I’m wearing striking dresses and accessories.
In my opinion, every girl should own an empire line coat, which is a high waisted coat, emphasized by a horizontal seam. The reasons why are simple:
- The high waist creates the illusion of endlessly long supermodel legs
- The girly shape of the coat takes years off your age
- The A shaped coat looks great both with dresses / skirts and trousers
Pair a black, classic coat with sexy animal print accessories that pop and stand out! Subtle, understated coats and dresses just scream for an injection of glamour with a sexy snakeskin bag. After all, 2013 is the Chinese year of the snake.
