I’ve just came back from holiday after 8 days of sun and play in the Spanish sun near Malaga in Andalusia . A cheap and cheerful stay to recharge the batteries and take a break from London’s hectic and sometimes exhausting vibe. As usual, I packed in a last minute rush and threw random things in the suitcase, hoping I can mix and match when I’m there. Like on most holidays, I did take back a few pieces I didn’t wear. An outfit I found myself reaching for again and again is the 60s Polka Dot A-line dress. It’s the perfect holiday key piece as it’s uncomplicated but chic, easy and casual but not sloppy:
The A-line mini dress is my favourite dress shape as it’s so flattering and sexy. The graphic black and white pattern are great to show off a tan and it nails the monochrome trend as seen at Moschino SS 2013 at the same time.
My favourite accessoires with this dress are white sunglasses, creme coloured patent leather mini bag with chain strap and white / pink degrade wayfarers.
My creme coloured mini bag in patent leather is from MiSaKo. A handbag high street brand from Barcelona who designs amazingly trendy and classic handbags for affordable prices.
