 I’m not a great fan of sports, the thought of a boring gym repeating the same exercise terrorises me. I like doing sports that are fun and don’t feel like an effort – and for that, Hula Hoops are great!

As we women get older, we tend to put on weight around the waist, and belly fat raises the risk of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. Here are some great reasons to work out with a Hula Hoops, so order yours quick!
