When the trees are not green at the moment, then do something green in your wardrobe. I know, green is not everyone’s thing but give it a try.
Green on green, woll and leather – fantastic styling!
A green sweater brought the come back of Kenzo.
I am wearing a green suede leather jacket and Zara flower pants.
My green styling from last summer: green sweater styled with star printed mini skirt.
If in doubt what color for winter coats, I would say black. Okay, might be a bit boring but you can’t go wrong. A black winter coat is not a question of trends, it is a question of the styling. I’ve spiced up my black Clavin Klein coat with orange high heels from H&M.
The old style rule: less is more does work well as we can see at the casual black and white look of SJP – pretty simple, wearable and not provincial.
How does works a black coat for men? Pretty cool, I like his style because it’s unisex! The tailoring of his coat is to kneel down!
Stefanel’s peplum puffer jackets
It’s the 1st February only, but I can already feel the first tentative sign of spring: Double digit temperatures, fresh tulips at the flower shops and the first Forsyth blooming by the road. Every spring feels like a rebirth and I feel like binning all of my thick, dark winter wool jumpers.
The colourful peplum down jackets with playful ¾ length sleeves I spotted at Stefanel are perfect for this time of the year: Bright gelato colours to put me in the right mind of spring. The light down jacket provides the required warmth we still need at this time of the year.
I have seen peplums in skirts, tops, leather jackets. Peplum in the shape of a puffer jacket is so unique and feminine. Rock the peplum jackets with fitted trousers and skinny jeans or go ladylike with a pencil skirt. The cute bow leather belt in the same colour as the jacket fits perfectly if you like it more discreet. Clash it with a wider different colour belt for more effect.
What’s your favourite colour: Sunny yellow, minted turquoise or sugary pink?
